The UCPEA 2025–2029 contract includes a process for employees to appeal telecommuting decisions. A new Kauli form to help guide you through that process is anticipated September 8. This is one of the ways recent contract bargaining focused on giving employees more voice, power, and protections in the workplace.

UCPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Contractual Gains. These wins have been ratified by UCPEA members, and approved by the Board of Trustees and the CT Legislature.

This year our union passed some small but mighty changes to our constitution and approved a resolution that affirms and defines our solidarity with our immigrant neighbors.
