The UCPEA Sick Leave Bank is one of our most important contractual benefits providing an essential safety net for UCPEA-represented employees experiencing or caring for a dependent spouse or child experiencing serious and catastrophic illness or injury.
Please consider donating so the bank can continue to make a difference in the lives of colleagues in need.
Who doesn't like getting a handwritten postcard in the mail? Especially when it's from a fellow union member? If you like sending them, then join us at one or more of our Solidarity Signing events. Like all hard-earned union benefits, these 2,000 postcards won't magically appear. Please consider signing as many postcards as you can.
Ask questions, hear the latest contract negotiations updates from the UCPEA Contract Action Team (CAT), and help us fill 36 seats by signing up as an observer.
The UCPEA Professional Issues Committee sponsored the More Work, More Pay event on November 12, which explored reclassification, career progression, temporary salary increases, and comp time.
The informational presentation for the event is available to download.
