The deadline for proposing amendments to the UCPEA's Constitution is April 1, 2026.

The UCPEA Contract sets up separate accrual rates and expiration dates for each category of earned time. This is time that UCPEA members earn through their work and service to the University community, and the time should be used to avoid expiration.

As the holiday season approaches, it's important to remember to take the time off you're entitled to!

Remember, your vacation time balance will continue to grow until you hit the maximum of 60 days. If your balance exceeds 60 days, any time above the maximum will be lost after December 31st if no action is taken. Holiday time also expires at the end of the calendar year. If you worked on a holiday in 2024 and earned holiday comp time for your labor, that time will be lost on December 31st if no action is taken.
